The Fall River Deaconess Home accepts referrals from the Department of Children & Families (MA), Department for Children & Families (VT), Department of Mental Health, Department of Youth Services, School Departments and the Department of Children, Youth & Families (RI).
Once a youth is accepted into our Residential and Group Living Programs, they will be assigned a Licensed Clinician. Parents and Guardians will be notified prior to intake of the Clinician’s name and contact information. Please feel free to contact this individual with questions regarding treatment. The Deaconess Home offers multiple levels of support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including on-call Clinicians, Program Directors, Administrators, and Licensed Nursing and Clinical staff.
